Features:

1,The machine adopts PLC computer control system. The computer display and man-machine interface touch screen can detect and display the running state of machine in time, convenient for troubleshooting adjustment, problem of large format.

2,Machine equipped with five foil driving rollers in both longitudinal and lateral directions, making stamping process more reasonable. The three longitudinal and two lateral stepping rollers are controlled by five servo motors, they can independently of simultaneously achieve leapfrogging and stepping functions. The machines cater to various kinds of stamping plates saving foil material as well as enhancing stamping effect and quality.

3,Heating plate adopts heat-resistant cast iron material, no deformation. It divides into 12 areas with separate temperature control. This design is convenient for stamping plate installation and suit for different stamping control. The pneumatic lock plate device makes repeat positioning precisely and easy to operate.

4,Max. stamping speed 5000 times per hour, precision within ±0.1mm.

5,The large tank of air blowing system has separation function, which effectively ensures the stamping quality of thin paper, while solving the stamping separation problem of large format.
