2. Machine introductionThe stamping and die-cutting machine is able to process sheet and paperboard and perform stamping, die-cutting, creasing and hot and cold embossing for paper boxes, corrugated and paper trade marker, an ideal machine for packaging and decoration. With high technology, the automatic process of sheet feeding, die-cutting, stamping to delivery is aqchieved. The die-cutting used the interface, showing the sorking speed, number of sheet processed, the general running time and the working conditions, and conducting the dynamic monitor on the input spots and output spots in programmable controller and other various troubles,which contributes to easy trouble shooting and operation. The main motor is controlled by transducer, thus achieving stepless speed regulation and smooth operation.Stamping is computer-controlled, whith less foil. The 3heating zones have theis separate temperature setting and are in constant temperature. The machine are equipped with many sensors and safety devices, which makes possible normal operation by machines and safe running by operators.
3. Features of the machine1. Longitudinal and lateral foil stamping device are equipped which make foil stamping process more reasonable.
2. The longitudinal foil-delivering unit can be pulled out when foil installation, convenient for operation.
3. Pneumatic chase-locking device enhances the automation.
4. The front-and-back registration of gripper bars uses adjustable device, convenient for operation.
5. Cooling device for lubrication reduces wearing of parts when they are heated, and ensures the constant pressure of die-cutting and foil stamping.
6. Cooling device for electrical cabinet prolong the service life of electric parts.
7. The machine adopts advanced unique cam indexing device, pressure adjusting device, pneumatic chase-locking device, high-precision chain for driving and pneumatic clutch.
8. Special designed feeder does not need too much for the sheet.
8. The pneumatic chase-locking device makes it easier for die preparation and changing.
9. The imported pneumatic clutch with stable separation and reunion, ensures the braking with small angle and large torque.
10. PLC and removable touch screen display the working speed, amount of processing sheet and total running time of the machine, especially the display of trouble facilitates the troubleshooting. Therefore, the automation of feeing, die-cutting to delivery is achieved. The dynamically monitoring cooperating with safety devices enables easy operation.
11. Die-cutting pressure can be adjusted separately at front and rear side, manual driving device is easy to operate and labor saving.
12. Automatic delivery and stacker ensures easy and tidy delivery. It is equipped with special delivery device for smaller size of sheets
