A: PE bag with kraft carton package, using EPE for safeguard, flight case is available if needed.
Q: When you will ship the product after I send the money?
A: Mini order,3-5 working days.Under 1000 pcs,10-20 days normally. More than 1000 pcs, 20-35
days.
Q: Is the sample available?
A: Yes, but the client need to pay the sample fee and delivery fee
Q: How long for the warranty
A: All our products have one year warranty period. If there's any problems with the light,(without improper operation and outside force) during the first year,free parts and after service
will be provided.
Q: What is the payment method
A: TT / Western Union / Money Gram / Paypal.
30% deposit and 70% before shipment. If it is not a big amount, we suggest you transfer the full amount at one time, because there will be bank process fee for each payment, it will be a lot of money if you make twice payment
