Chemical name: 1, 1, 3-tris(2-methyl-4-hydroxyl-5-tert-butylpenhyl)butane

White powder, molecular weight 544, melting point 181º C, , soluble in acetone, ethanol, ethyl acetate and others organic solvents but insoluble in water. This products is a high efficient phenolic antioxidant, it used as stabilizer and antioxidant for polymers (PS, PP, PE, PVC, PAN, ABS and fiber plastics. Low volatility, high thermal stability, no pollution, no coloring, high temperature processing is not biodegradable, can significantly alter the heat and antioxidant properties of products.
