The Weatherproof phone will be designed to work on Railway, metro, tunnel,etc. Housed in robust aluminium die case with spring loaded door, it will offer protection against the outdoor environment,vandals resistance and rot resistance.
The unit will meet all the latest European/UK standards for EMC and US FCC, telephony,
waterproofing IP66, and lightening protection together with offering the level of performance and reliability demanded in such an environment.

The 24 port 10/100Mbps PoE switch(with 2 gigabit Combo port ) with 400W internal power, provides a easier installation way for your PoE devices (IP cameras,VoIP,wireless AP,etc.).And it can detect your PoE devices according to PoE standard. So the users do not need to worry about the PoE switch will damage their PoE devices.The max transmission distance is 100 meters with Cat5 cables.Ideally,shorter cable would reduce the power degradation over the cables; with high quality cables also can reduce power loss.Plug & play design make the installation quite easy,users do not need any configuration,which make this PoE switch a very good choice for IP cameras,wireless AP,VoIP users.

Question 1. What's the MTBF of the phone?
Answer: The MTBF is 50,000-70,000 hours. And the average failure rate is very low at 0.3%.

Answer: Yes, we can offer 2% spare parts(not included the phone housing).

Question 5. Can you provide a neutral version?
Answer: Yes. we can support neutral version. Normally, the default is our standard Kntech brand and the price is favorable than the neutral version. 

Question 6. If some parts of the phones occur issue need to be changed, can we find the parts in our local store?
Answer: Yes, if out of the warranty period, please let us know the issue and we will offer the technical data of the parts and reference price. 

Question 7. Can I purchase the accessories separately like PCB board, handset, buttons, speaker, keypad, ...etc?
Answer: Yes, we support MOQ 1pcs. 

Question 8. Can I do customized of the products? 
Answer: Yes, we support OEM \ ODM order. We have our own R&D Department with high technology support. Please provide your detailed requirements.

Question 9. Can I choose other colors of the phones? 
Answer: Yes, normally the default color is yellow. Some model like KNZD-04, KNZD-11, KNZD-13, KNZD-14... support red, blue or white. It is base on our stock. If the quantity over 100pcs, we can support other colors.
