Y Series Pipe Beveling Machine

The pipe beveling machine can not only process the U, V shape welding sloping, back ridging, edge cutting for carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel pipes, but also can treat the welded convex flange and plain flange. The processing angle is chosen wantonly, rigidity is strong. It is simple and convenient to operate.

Features:
The machine adopts "Y" shape construction design, minimal radial space, light weight, easy to carry, safe use. Cold beveling, fast, precision, on-site beveling.

Application:
Nuclear power, Oil & Gas, fabrication, process plants, ship repair etc.

Driven Type:
Electric Model: adopts high-performance carbon brush motor to drive; Voltage: 220V, Frequency: 50-60Hz, Power: 0.5-2.5KW.
Pneumatic Model: Adopts pneumatic motor to drive; Air working pressure: 0.6-1.5Mpa, Air consuming flux: 1000-1500L/min. Especially used for inflammable and dangerous operation places.
