CTYC takes a lead in developing methanol cracking to hydrogen technology in China, and has already promoted dozens of plants.
The first methanol cracking to hydrogen industrial plant was successfully operated in July, 1993 at Guangzhou Jinzhujiang Chemistry Co., Ltd. In China, which has been steadily running for more than ten years. It won the National Excellent Design Award.

Technical Features
1. This process adopts steam-reforming of methanol and water into a mixed gas of H2 and CO2, and then separate and purification H2 from it by our PSA technology.
2. Adopting our proprietary catalyst, which is of high activity, excellent thermal stability and long service life.

Main Technical Index:
Plant capacity: 20~5000Nm3/h H2
H2 purity: ≥ 99.9%~99.999%(V/V)
H2 pressure: 0.8~2.2MPa (Compressor is unnecessary )
