Description for our linear type filling line 1.Suitable bottle size : 200m- 2000ml
2. Filling speed for 500ml : 0-1500 bottles per hour ,you can adjust the filling speed according to the control panel . Different bottle size ,they can be filled in the same filling line ,just need the bottle neck diameter is the same .

On each machine ,we have door cover ,it can protect the workers from hurt by the machine
And about the conveyor belt ,the guardrail, it is aluminum type ,the aupport ,all is stainless steel 304 type
From filling machine to capping machine, over the conveyor belt ,we have stainless steel cover ,it can protect the filled can from polluting by the dust or any other impurity
We will provide you O-ring ,sealing rubber for free for at least 24 months .In t he future ,if you need any o ther spare parts from jst machinery ,just need to send email and take photos to us ,then we can send by DHL to you .
By the way ,we also have 3 in 1 carbonated drink filling line ,for 500ml ,filling speed can be 3000 bottles per hour ,5000 bottles per hour ,8000 bottles per hour ,12000 bottles per hour ,15000 bottles per hour and so on .
