 Brief introduction:
High efficiency concentrator/ Mining thickener equipment is generally comprised of the concentration tank, drag davit, gearing, lifting device, feeding device, discharging device and signal safety devices.
The main working features of the concentrator/high efficiency concentrator is to add a certain amount of flocculant in the slurry to be concentrated to make the mineral particles form into the floc and accelerate their settling velocity, thus achieving the purpose of improving enrichment efficiency.
 
 
 
Working principle:
High efficiency concentrator/Mining thickener equipment is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemicals, building materials, environmental protection departments for the processing of slime, waste water and waste residue, which is of great significance for the backwater utilization, bottom flow conveyor concentration and environmental protection.

Efficient concentrator features:

(1) Add flocculent settlement increased the size of solid particles, thus accelerating the velocity;

(2) shorten the installation tilt plate mineral particles from the settlement to increase the settlement area;

(3) play a layer of thick mud deposition flocculation, filtration, compression and to handle the volume;

(4) equipped with a complete-controlled facilities.

1. Installment:
Thickener installed on the site as a whole.
Keep the spindle, rake concentric with the discharge basket.
Note: The thickener can not run reversely.
2. Trial Run
No-load trial: the run time should be 8 hours, the temperature of motor and transmission parts should not exceed 50 °C.
Load trial: testing time is 8 hours, filled with liquid water.
3. Running
Check whether the discharge pipe and the transmission mechanism works normally, and must be confirmed there is no foreign matter in the pond before start the equipment.
Pay attention to the equipment's load, the overflow and concentrate's concentration.
One of the major fault of the equipment is the discharge bucket's block, many reasons may cause that, such as coarse-grained particles, wood chips, rags falling into, the block is more likely to occur when the sand pump not working. When the block happens, must shut down the gate on the concentrate pump and then feed the high-pressure water into the discharge bucket to solve the block problem. If foreign matters falling into the thickener, should discharge the pulp completely then clean the tank.
Fasten the bolts timely after the operation.
