How to make "Poly Resin Crafts"
Sculpture (cost 2-6 days): our sculptor sculpture the clay model according to buyer's artwork /photoes/ real sample / concepts ;
 
Mould (cost 3-5 days): we do silicone mould base on clay model or real sample provided ,usually it takes 3 days;
 
Whiteware(cost 3-10 days): we grouting polyresin into Mould to make out the whiteware ;
 
Polish(cost 2-5 days): we drilling the hole or trimming the shape according to products function then polish whole whiteware ;
 
Painting(cost 3-10 days): after polish the whiteware and by nature drying then handy colors painting on whiteware;
 
Packaging(cost 2-8 days):after painting finshed we do packaging according to order's request;
 
If you require the samples
On hand sample: if you need the sample we existing and the sample expense base on the Qty,Shapes,total inches,and air express charge;
 
Customize(New)sample: if you require new sample we don't have mould ,then it require expense base on Sculpture charge,mould charge,handy painting charge,Sculpture charge USD8.5/inch ,Handy painting charge USD1/inch ;and air courier charge or you advise your freight collect account Number ;usually it takes 7-14 days; 
 
Order Quantity
Different product have different MOQ ,if you need lower QTY it would possible but at higher unit price, small order charge , and extra shipping expense etc ;you can buy consolidated products together ;
 
Packing
We can do your require packagings and price will be under discussion and confirm from us at last.
 
Shipment
Goods usually by sea shipment,we can do C&F (Cost and Freight prepaid) to your nearest shipping port or FOB by your shipping forwarder
 
Payment
if by L/C condition to conclude the order ,we request extra USD300 charges per one order;
if need FORM A or Certificate of Origin,each document request extra USD55 charges ;
if your order QTY or Order Amount under our related request we are require extra charges ;
we request 30% T/T advance,70% upon scan B/L copy via email;
